21-22 Return to School Plan

Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year! We are pleased that all of us are returning to school in a traditional format. Our desire is to meet the needs of each student/family on an individual basis. However, there may be limitations. As we navigate through these challenging and changing times, please know that we are doing our very best to meet your needs.
For the 2021-2022 school year, Perry Public Schools will conduct normal school operations according to CDC and OSDE guidelines. As long as our confirmed cases are relatively low in the community we will continue as normal. Should cases begin to increase, PPS will activate our Distance Learning Plan. You can read more about our return to school plan by clicking the headline link above.

Strategic Planning

The school board is embarking on a process to create a strategic plan for Perry Public Schools that will establish a vision and goals to advance the school district over the next several years. This will be a lengthy project that will involve input from the entire community.

The first item of business to kickoff the strategic planning process is a survey that will be available beginning Monday, April 5 and will close on Monday, April 19. The survey is open to parents, grandparents, staff, faculty, alumni, current PHS students, and residents of Perry to provide feedback.

We look forward to an engaging and inclusive process that brings forth our best thinking about the future of Perry Public Schools, and what we as a community are called to do in the years to come. Look for the online survey next week and consider taking time to provide your feedback. Thank you in advance for your engagement in this important work.
